Are Pivotal Window Cleaning A Local Business?
We teams of highly skilled, experienced window cleaners all over the country, allowing us to offer a local service to all our customers. Some teams may use a different name but are still part of the Pivotal Window Cleaning family.
How Often Do You Come Round?
That depends on how often you want us. As standard we come round once every 4 weeks, but can be more or less frequent to match your needs. Just mention on your quote form the schedule you would like us to keep.
Do You Offer Commercial/Business Window Cleaning?
Yes we do, please use our quote form and select 'Commercial' under property type for us to provide a quote for your business.
Is Your Quote Free?
Yes all work that we quote for is free of charge. You can get your free quote here.
How Much Do You Charge?
This varies depending on the size of the property and the number of windows and doors involved. We may also need to factor in extensions and conservatories. When you fill in your quote form you will be ask all for all the information we need to provide an accurate quote.
How Do I Pay?
We offer a range of payment methods. The team that you are dealing with will confirm payment options along with your quote, and are free to choose the option that suits you best.
Do I Need To Be Home When You Clean The Windows?
We’re happy to clean your windows even if you're not home. The night before our visit, we can send you a text to let you know we’re coming, so you can ensure any locked gates are accessible for us to clean the back of your house. If you're away, we'll leave a slip confirming that your windows have been cleaned.
Do You Clean Inside Windows?
We know this isn’t everyone’s favourite task! We're happy to schedule a time to clean your interior windows—just reach out, and we’ll arrange a visit when you’re home and available. Please be aware some of our teams are unable to offer this service but feel free to ask and they will advise accordingly.
Do You Still Clean In The Rain?
Yes! Rainwater is surprisingly pure, and when combined with our purified water cleaning method, your windows will still be thoroughly cleaned of any dust and dirt that has built up since the last visit. The only downside—for us—is that we might end up a little soggy!
Why Are The Windows Still Wet When You've Cleaned?
Since the water is purified before reaching your windows, it won’t leave any deposits or residue behind—even in the blazing sunshine!
